Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Decrave (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.

1. What Decrave is

Decrave is a wellness and habit-tracking tool that helps people work toward smoking less and eventually quitting, using craving-tracking, breathing and urge-surfing exercises, and progress statistics. Decrave is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have questions about nicotine dependence or cessation medication, talk to a doctor or a licensed cessation program.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Decrave does not promise that using the App will result in quitting smoking or vaping, and does not claim any specific clinical effect. Techniques offered in the App (such as breathing exercises and urge-surfing) are based on commonly discussed behavioral strategies, not a prescribed treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your country to use Decrave, and you're responsible for complying with any local laws about nicotine products that apply to you.

4. Subscriptions (Decrave Pro)

• Decrave Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly/yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
• Subscription price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own refund policies — we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

5. Your data

Craving logs and related data you enter belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is stored and synced. You can export your data (Decrave Pro) or delete it by uninstalling the App at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App in a way that violates Apple's App Store terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Decrave is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
