Still smoking?
Start anyway.

Decrave helps you get through one craving at a time. Every win becomes progress you can keep — even if the next one doesn't go to plan.

Progress you can keep

Your earlier wins still count.

A day count describes time since you stopped. Decrave also keeps a cumulative count of the cravings you got through without smoking, so those moments stay visible after a slip.

A streak

Time since the last cigarette.

A fresh day count can mark a new attempt. It does not, on its own, show the cravings you got through or the responses you practiced before that attempt.

The Decrave way

A count that only goes up.

Decrave counts how many cravings you've beaten — total, ever. That number never resets. If you smoke, it doesn't move backward. It just waits for the next craving you beat.

How it works

Three steps, no quit date, no prep.

01

A craving hits

When the urge shows up, open Decrave. No commitment, no quit date, no "are you sure" — just tap the button and start.

02

Choose your next move

Name the trigger if you know it. SOS can suggest an approach from similar moments, or you can open a saved favorite right away.

03

Count it

Log what happened. Progress brings your triggers, intensity, timing, and the approaches you tried into one clearer picture.

Built for real quit attempts

A slip changes the plan, not the past.

Progress you can keep

Cravings beaten and money saved stay part of your history.

Momentum bends, never breaks

A slip lowers Momentum. Beating the next craving starts rebuilding it.

A slip becomes useful data

Log it without a failure screen, then use it to understand your triggers and patterns.

Features

Built for the moment — and what you learn from it.

Core SOS, logging, everyday progress, and faster ways into the app stay free. Pro adds deeper, predictive insight.

One-tap SOS

Progress that never resets

Your cravings beaten and savings stay. Momentum can bend after a slip, but your history never returns to zero.

Why Decrave

A place to begin while you're still smoking.

Decrave is built around a simple idea: you can practice responding to a craving before you are ready to choose a quit date. Keeping earlier wins visible makes room to learn from the next moment, including one that doesn't go to plan.

That is a product design choice, not a promise of a particular quitting outcome. Our guides explain practical options and link to public health resources for further support.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to set a quit date?
No. Decrave never asks you to commit to a quit date up front, and everything works without one. If you set a daily goal and hit it consistently for two weeks, Decrave suggests picking a quit day — but only as a suggestion you can accept or skip.
I logged that I smoked. Did I lose my progress?
No. Your cravings-beaten count and Momentum never reset to zero, no matter what you log. Decrave tracks how many cravings you've beaten in total, not a streak of days — logging a slip adds one more data point, it doesn't erase the ones before it.
What stays free?
The counter, SOS tools (urge surfing, breathing, and redirection), logging, daily actions, your reduction plan, personal SOS suggestions, headline stats, and faster system entry points are free forever. Where it really matters — in the middle of a craving — you'll never hit a paywall. Pro unlocks deeper reports, Trigger Radar, peak hours, smart reminders, and data export.
How quickly can I open SOS?
SOS is the center tab in Decrave. In version 1.1, you can also open it from supported Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Control Center, and App Shortcuts, so the same flow is easier to reach when a craving hits.
Does Decrave sync across my devices?
Yes, if you're signed in to iCloud — your logs sync privately through your own iCloud account, and we never see that data. Not signed in to iCloud? The app still works fully on a single device.
How do I cancel my Decrave Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple, not us. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Decrave, and you can view, change, or cancel from there.
Where are my craving logs stored?
On your devices and, when available, in your private iCloud database. No Decrave account is required. Anonymous app analytics are off until you choose to enable them, and you can turn them off in settings. Our website uses aggregate analytics. Read the privacy policy for details and your data choices.
Does Decrave replace professional support?
No. Decrave is a wellness and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide health advice or replace support from a qualified professional. If you have questions about nicotine dependence or cessation, talk to a doctor or a licensed program.
